This website was not meant to teach you the basics. Machine learning noobs can visit https://github.com/damtharvey/reu2023 for some Jupyter notebooks about some common neural network structures, but they’ll be out of context; those notebooks were meant to be consumed with an expert helping you.

https://d2l.ai/ has a nice free web-based book with examples in a variety of frameworks.

And of course YouTube is full of tutorials.
